We have built and led customs, fiscal and freight-forwarding platforms end to end — the kind where a declaration has to be right the first time, records stay audit-ready for years, and an outage has direct financial and legal consequences.

Regulated logistics is unforgiving in ways that don’t show up in a requirements document. Rules differ by jurisdiction and change on their own schedule. The systems you must integrate with are legacy by design and offer no test environment worth the name. Volumes spike against statutory deadlines. And “we’ll clean up the data later” is never an option, because someone will ask you to prove it years from now.

Building in that environment sets a standard for correctness that most software never has to meet. It is the standard we work to everywhere else.

  • Audit-ready by design

    Declarations and their supporting evidence must stay retrievable, and provably unaltered, for seven years and beyond. Retention, immutability and access control were architectural constraints from the first migration — not a compliance retrofit two years in.

  • Data integrity across integrations

    The platform exchanges data with government endpoints and third-party carrier and ERP systems, each with its own formats, uptime and failure modes. Every exchange is idempotent, reconciled and traceable back to a single source of truth.

  • Near-zero downtime

    Users file against statutory deadlines, so a maintenance window is a business problem. Deployments are zero-downtime, schema changes are backwards-compatible by policy, and a degraded upstream fails gracefully instead of blocking a filing.

  • Sensitive regulated data

    Commercial and fiscal records with real consequences if exposed. Least-privilege access throughout, encryption in transit and at rest, and a complete audit log of who saw what and when.
